Access to and use of TheSnugg.com South Africa (the website) is free of charge and by using
this website you are fully accepting the disclaimers, terms and conditions used
in this notice. You must stop using this website immediately if you disagree with
any of the terms and conditions stated.
Whilst we attempt to make sure that the information on this website is correct,
we accept no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken in reliance
on material or information contained on this site. In addition, whilst we try to
make sure that all prices on our website are correct, inaccuracies, errors or omissions
may happen. If we discover an error in the price or an inaccuracy in the description
of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you
the opportunity of re-approving your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
You will receive a full refund if you have paid for the goods and subsequently decide

Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted by RapidSSL, a secure server, certified
to accept credit card payments online to minimise the possibility of unauthorised
access or disclosure, making your details safe and secure. All major credit/debit
cards are accepted for payment, this is a secure website. Every time you enter an
area of the site that has or requires sensitive information such as credit card
details, an icon at the bottom of your browser window will appear which will resemble
a closed padlock or an unbroken key. We use Internet standard SSL encryption technology
to scramble your sensitive data when you transmit it to us. All collected information
is stored on our secure systems, and credit card numbers are wiped from our computer
database following payment.
The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. When you submit
this we will then send an email with your order acknowledgement which details what
you have ordered, please note that this does not constitute an acceptance of your
order from us.
Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. If there is a problem
taking payment for all or part of your order we will contact you by email or by
The price of an item does not include the delivery charge, which will depend on
the delivery method you choose. The rate applicable for the delivery charge will
be calculated at the date you place your order. For more information on delivery

Delivery timescales are specified within the order process.
Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order and a
final delivery charge will be confirmed before your order is processed.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or has a longer lead-time, then you will be
contacted with the choice of an alternative or a revised delivery date.
We use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the size of the item you order
and the speed with which you wish to receive it. For more information on delivery
arrangements and prices see delivery information. Whilst we make every effort to
deliver most items within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall not be liable
if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
We can not be liable for any loss of wages or any costs either directly or indirectly
which result in a delay in delivery. We will contact you to let you know if we are
having any problems getting an item to you. A signature is required at delivery.
By placing an order you are authorising us to accept a signature from another person
on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. Ownership of an item
will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you. When an item is delivered,
risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you.
We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee to cover delivery costs if there
is no one present on the agreed delivery date.
In exceptional circumstances, a product may arrive suffering minor wear and tear
from the shipping process, or even a minor defect that occurred at the factory.
It is important that you report any damage immediately upon delivery by noting it
on the Delivery paperwork and emailing us on email@example.com.
You will agree to pay our additional fees for rearranging delivery on your behalf and also for the storage of goods until this arrangement
can be made. You will at this point have the choice of rearranging the delivery
of your goods including the additional costs of re-delivery and storage. This extra
cost will only be charged at the cost charged to us by the delivery company. If
at this point you decide to cancel your order we will refund the cost of your goods
less the delivery fee.
Our standard delivery is a one man delivery to your door only. If you live in a
flat or apartment delivery shall be made to the lobby of that block. Once delivery
has been made the ownership of title passes to you and we will not be held responsible
for loss or damage to the goods from that point.
To Qualify for Lifetime warranty on Cases, the product has to be registered within 12 months of purchase on our registration website. Failure to register within this period would only entitle the customer to a 12-month product Guarantee.
The Lifetime Warranty is valid ONLY for cases (leather, hemp, silicone etc), not clips, swivels or other accessories.
Conditions where you are covered:
a) If you are the original purchaser (invoice or email confirmation required).
b) If your case shows a defect that is related to a production failure and not wear and tear.
Conditions where you are not covered:
a) Does not cover for fair wear and tear.
b) Does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alternation, or force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.
c) Any repair work on Snugg products by unauthorized third parties voids any warranties.
We do not take any responsibility for third party products, i.e., will not reimburse any damage to devices used together with our products.
Our responsibility shall be limited to the repair or the replacement of the product at its sole discretion.
Should no identical product be available, then a suitable alternative as deemed by us will be provided. Should no alternative be available then we may award a refund via a store coupon - the amount to be the purchase amount less 20% at our discretion.
This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights according to US Law, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.

Customers are obliged to return the goods back to us on request at their own cost for inspection, to validate if the case is liable for replacement under the policy
Should we deem your product's defect to be covered by the warranty, we will dispatch a new product to you within 30 days.
The customer is responsible to look after the product. We recommend the following safe care instructions for leather products. Failure to adhere to these instructions will potentially invalidate the warranty
Leather case – care instructions
Avoid using or placing sharp objects on leather goods. Leather is very durable, but not accident or damage proof.
Keep your case away from direct heat sources
As far as possible keep the leather case out of direct sunlight for long periods – it may fade over time.
Avoid air pollution such as cigar or cigarette smoke and cooking fumes, which can cause leather to fade or change colour
Keep leather free from dust by dusting with a non-abrasive cloth, preferably once a week
You may clean the case using reputable leather cleaner & treatment products – along with their usage instructions.
Blot spills up immediately. Use reputable Leather Cleaner product
Events beyond our reasonable control
To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be held responsible for any failure
to provide or delay arising from any event which is beyond our reasonable control.
This includes but is not limited to any default due to an act of God, fires, floods,
earthquakes, storms, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, act of terrorism or threatened
terrorism, or malicious damage to our premises, industrial disputes and individual
action. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Law and Jurisdiction
We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently, if you are not happy
with the way we handle any disagreement then this will be covered by English law,
and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts.
