Snugg Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our goods and services you have the right to return the item up to 28 days after receipt of your product and receive a full refund for the goods.
If the goods have arrived to you in a damaged state or there was an error on our behalf please contact us at email@example.com for your free returns label.
However if you have simply changed your mind, postage will not be provided and you will need to return the goods to us in a good condition.
Full details of how to return your item are on the reverse of the packing slip included with your order. If your order was placed before 22nd April 2013 than please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
The Snugg does not cover the cost of international returns by post; however you may make your own arrangements and send your product back to the UK.

If you are returning your item due to the goods arriving in a damaged state we may refund the shipping charges at our discretion.
